The PZ005 – Press
is the only solution for a perfect and precise application of our Mosaicfilm.com ClearView “Ventilated”. Thanks to a patented press application system, this applicator is able to able to place the perforated areas of the Mosaicfilm.com only where they are needed: on top of the intersecting grout lines.
The forced air system of the PZ005 and an aspirating plate takes the Mosaicfilm.com from the roll feeder and places it, with the “press mechanism” vertically onto the mosaic tile.
Due to this innovative and patented positioning system, the Mosacifilm.com is placed, with extreme precision, within the mosaic tile. In the case of Mosaicfilm.com “VENTILATED” , the perforated areas of the film will be placed on top of the intersecting joint lines.
In the case of “off-set” tiles, the Mosaicfilm.com can be sized accordingly and placed on the internal part of the border of the mosaic tile, thus guaranteeing a perfect application on the total surface area.
